1. Application & Inquiry
- Tell us about your home and which breed you are interested in (Shih Tzu, Poodle, Shih-Poo, Maltese, or Malshi). Contact us directly or submit an application—we respond quickly with puppy availability and upcoming timelines.
2. Reserve Your Puppy
- Once approved, a small non-refundable deposit secures your chosen puppy or holds your spot on our waitlist. To keep you connected during the growth process, we send weekly photo and video updates right up until go-home day.
3. Comprehensive Vet Care
- The health of our puppies is our highest priority. Before leaving our care, every puppy receives a thorough examination by a licensed veterinarian, age-appropriate vaccinations, and routine deworming.
4. Go-Home Pack & Guarantee
When it’s time to take your puppy home, you will receive:
- Complete health records & vaccination documentation
- Written health guarantee
- Microchip registration details
- Starter puppy food
- Comfort blanket with mom’s scent to help ease the transition
5. Pickup or Delivery
- Local Pickup: Schedule a private appointment at our San Francisco location (15th St, San Francisco, CA).
- Hand-Delivery: Safe hand-delivery options are available for an additional fee.
- Lifetime Support: Our relationship doesn't end when you go home—we offer ongoing breeder guidance and support for the life of your pet.
