Waitlist Terms & Conditions

By submitting a waitlist application with Happy Paws Puppies, you agree to the following terms regarding puppy availability, selection order, and communication.
1. Application & Priority Status
- Submitting a waitlist form does not guarantee a puppy from a specific litter or date.
- Priority position on our waitlist is established based on application approval date and deposit confirmation (if applicable).
2. Deposit & Transferability
- Non-Refundable: All waitlist reservation deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your priority placement and cover administrative costs.
- Litter Selection & Rollover: If your preferred breed, sex, or color is unavailable in an upcoming litter—or if your timeline changes—you may roll your waitlist status over to a future litter within 12 months without penalty.
3. Notification & Response Window
- When a litter is born and puppy selection begins, we will contact you via email (contact@cutestpaws247.com) or phone/text at (701) 204-6668.
- Applicants have 48 hours from the initial contact to confirm their selection or request to pass to the next litter. If no response is received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to move to the next family on the waitlist, and your application will be moved to the end of the line.
4. Breeder Rights & Final Placement
- Happy Paws Puppies reserves the right of first pick on any litter for our breeding or show program prior to opening selection to waitlist members.
- We reserve the right to decline an application or refund a deposit at any point if we determine a home is not suitable for one of our puppies.
5. Pickup & Delivery Timelines
- Puppies must be picked up or scheduled for delivery at 8 weeks of age unless an extended stay is agreed upon. Boarding fees may apply for puppies held past their official go-home date.
